We are the data controller for the information described here. We handle personal data in line with Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and telephone number. We also keep a record of what you ordered, including any customisation details — engraving text, colours, sizes and notes you provide.
When you create an account: your name, email address, a password (stored encrypted — we cannot see it), and your saved addresses and order history.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us in your message, along with your contact details.
Automatically, when you browse: your IP address, browser type and device, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
What we do not collect: we never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Card payments are handled directly by our payment provider.

- Keep items in your shopping cart as you browse
- Keep you signed in
- Remember your customisation choices while you use our designers
- Understand which pages are popular
Cart and sign-in cookies are essential — the site will not work without them. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but if you block the essential ones you will not be able to check out.
